This mod adds 100 to your public order every turn. It is not compatible with mods that change the difficulty handicap (Steel Faith Overhaul is the only one i know of) YOU MUST ENABLE OUT OF DATE MODS! I have tried for many days to update this mod, but for some reason it's removing my description...
