Parchment Brightness Reduction
For anyone that is tired of being blinded by the parchment UI background. I couldn't find any mod that did this so I learned how to make one. Reduces the brightness of the parchment texture to 80%. I have versions from 80-50%. Let me know if anyone wants me to add those.
