This patch adjusts the stats of shawmuscle's Sceolan in order to fit into the SFO balance, as well as adding a few skills and effects from SFO. Please let me know of any balance issues, bugs or suggestions you might have. Thanks to Maal, EverGoodHunter and Venris for their help.
