在SFO让玩家可以透过威望值将选帝侯部队的冷却归零。 1.仅限持锤大只佬(皇帝特权！) 2.还是得先解锁招募，才能补充。 3.由于选帝侯部队的容量上限是1，所以补充后需要先招募完， 才能再次补充同单位。 4.定价上我还不太确定，目前是按SFO的招募费*33%， 太高的话可以反应。
