This mod lowers upkeep cost by -75% of the original. This is effect is for AI and Human players, i.e. everyone. Some Lords may make units cost 0. This is expected due to certain traits lords may have or get. If you like my work feel free to toss me a beer or two! Thanks for your support everyone!
