This is just an addon for More Skills (+Skill Dump) to add the skills etc to some custom lords. Chidorah for whatever reason (the CA burnout is real rn) has not added them to the original mod, this does that. Currently only adds them for the Lords and Heroes in use by LuminousClarity's Community...
