High Elven Archmages Added To Hef_Casters Unit Set (fixes channeling stance for some mounts).
Silly CA forgot to add several versions of the Archmages to the hef_casters set for various mount levels, so you may notice that channeling stance doesn't give them speed or XP sometimes. This should fix that.
