此MOD为中文翻译，需定制原版MOD。 注意：请置于原MOD上方。 为震旦与基斯里夫添加一位可以定居新城市的事务官---定居者，该事务官没有技能 （震旦的模板是经略使，最弱事务官这回坐实了，连技能都没了）。 定居者拥有独特的定居状态，可以带兵，建设发展游牧城市，可以在任意地点定居。 定居后请勿移动，自带移动减100%，但是还能移动一小段，未移动时右下角不会提示。 再也不用抢泰坦谷防守了，可以用此MOD在路口设防（可以多个在一起定居，未测试是否相互支援）。自带领主可以带兵，所以驻防设施没有驻防兵，但是会赋予加成。
