给高精增加了类似绿皮废料升级的机制，消耗新资源“阿苏尔之辉”，由经济科技和特定建筑增加产出，增加上限需占领城镇，升级种类很多，可多项存在，效果不错。 注：文本里有关于升级需优先解锁科技和进行升级后某些升级不可用的描述，但目前我实测下来似乎并没有实装，在游玩过程中有任何问题可以向我反馈。
