作为一个暗精粉，受到之前一个大佬的高精近战加强mod启发，决定自己丰衣足食，第一次做mod希望大家多多反馈 极大的加强了暗精的高本幽默单位，刽子手，冷蜥骑等 适当加强了基础部队（黑锐，黯影，海盗，杀戮姐妹等） 为暗精添加了全局招募与扎营状态，并且可以通过T5黑卫建筑增加全局招募容量 扩大了黑方舟支援范围30->50 为妖婆赫莉本新增派系效果，减少派系范围的杀戮姐妹与哈尔冈西刽子手本地招募时间 缩短了全科技研发时间（与tech-tree compilation mod兼容） 其余兼容性请自测
