顾名思义，给吸血鬼海岸的海盗黑湾与游牧群增加了额外加成，现在可以放弃发展基地，尽情的进行游牧了 主要舰船序列增加收益，驱役亡灵等级，护甲，弹药，满级后给与所有人物不挠袭击等buff 甲板序列增强所有单位近战攻击与武器威力 火炮序列增强额外的军队技能 怪兽序列增加所有单位抗性与近战防御 火枪序列增加单位射程精准与远程威力 飞行单位序列增加魔屏 四个海盗黑湾分别增加武器威力，远程威力，近战攻击，射程 数值太高了削弱了一下，如果有需要高数值版本的可以留言。
