给震旦添加了一套地下城机制，经略使可以手动在所在地区建造，两种商队会能建造，3回合冷却，不可在一个地区重复建造，要完整建造所有建筑需要很多资金，3级以上可以互相传送，大城5级以前的建筑小城3级以前的建筑会吃很多维持费，加成给的很高，自行抉择 在商队终点城市，市政序列会获得销售价格加成 和其他给震旦添加地下城机制的MOD会有一定冲突，玩南皋工坊时如果开启月后花园两种地下城都能造，但是会弹两次建造提示，会同时被识别为月后花园，所以玩南皋工坊时建议在mct中关闭月后花园
