Morathi and her faction (Culf of pleasure) can now use the pre-battle seduce mechanic from slaanesh. I may add skills and/or technologies to increase the cap and reduce the cost like the other LL using this mechanic. Compatible with everything. Save game compatible. Does not need to be updated.
