强化思路：经略使是一个少见的指挥型领主，我无意将其改变。 所以这个强化MOD主要强化了经略使的战术指挥能力，同时增加了他在大地图上的作用。震旦叠叠乐。 强化内容如下： 1：三个主动BUFF变为范围效果，但是效果减半。 2：增加新被动，类似三国军师减CD技能，可以很好的辅助队友。如果两个经略使同时在场，三个主动几乎是全程无间隙放。 3：贤侯技能：强化当地发展及建筑时间，补员。弥补了震旦缺少补员的问题 4：智将技能：强化当地我军军队弹药容量，减少当地敌军移动能力。弥补了震旦弹药容量问题。 实测会让震旦步射体系变得非常强力，两个经略使同时在场能让盒子变成铜墙铁壁。
