Allows Malekith's faction (Naggarond) to recruit Phoenix Guard from the Corrupted Shrine of Asuryan, and be able to be used in custom battles for Dark Elves. Also gives Murderous Mastery to Phoenix Guard and lets them benefit from Black Guard related technology.
