This mod removes all the buffs the AI gets (and the player debuffs) on Hard and Very Hard battle difficulty, but leaves the AI's leadership buff intact (+4 on hard, +8 on very hard). This will let you play with the units as they were intended, but will give the AI a bit more backbone than normal....
