工坊里法强之类的BUFF好少，所以东拼西凑出来一个自用的 主要在这位大佬的基础上 修改了数值，再缝合了一个施法距离，具体效果如下： 法术精通+50%（实际好像是基础法术精通X1.5，不过大部分基础应该都是100%吧） 施法距离+25% 之前测完改了个名称发了，结果第二天发现只有距离生效，真令人摸不着头脑，现在测试没问题了，有问题欢迎反馈呀。 更强版本
