UPDATE: Update 2.0/IE has apparently NOT made this mod redundant. As Dwarfs, I can't open diplomacy with Skarrbrand when not running this mod. So perhaps it is still needed. It certainly won't hurt your experience if you run it in 2.0. ----- Have you wished that Chaos could negotiate with Vampire...
