No flaming Exalted Hero

Removes the glowing effects from exalted hero's weapons. I also replaced the red orb of the lords shield v3. with a transmutation circle. The shield set is also used by the chaos lord. Enjoy ! If you want to remove all magical weapons, check out this mod:
