This mod completely disabled the RoR in the campaign for both the player AND the AI for those who didn't like the RoR and want more balance to the campaign gameplay. Norsca monster hunt reward RoR are NOT affected by this mod ! (as it should IMO) It done by changing the minimum recruitment level...
