LINK TO ORIGINAL MOD - This is a version to allow for recruitment in any region with a barracks level 3 and a gunsmith. It is also a workaround to allow use of the mod in multiplayer campaign, because a unique building for recruitment (nuln cannon foundry) does not work with multiple players. Enjoy
