There is a MTV beach concert that's to happen on the beach along the ocean shore. Amtrak is providing free flyer rail service to the even, and you're in charge of Shuttle 3 from Santa Ana to San Clemente Pier, where the even is occuring, and from there to Solana Beach, where you will terminate
