1850 Goods Wagon Tint fix
This small mod from TpF2 allows the green metal frame of the European set's 1850's goods wagon to be tinted. That's literally it. It's just a minor texture change for tinting. Buuuuut it seemed popular-ish on TpF1, so....here it is again. Enjoy! :P
