Greatly increases top speed & cargo capacity for select variety of vehicles, hhp-8 locomotive and year 2000 train wagons top speed changed to 767 mph. Changes cargo capacity of Cascadia Semi-Truck to 388 units and same train wagons to 300 units per car.
