A large map based on the region Between Minas Tirith and Minas Morgul. Since I've played a ton of TPF1 and not as much TPF2 yet I'm not 100% sure if the industries are balanced, but it seemed like it. There's room for water, rail, and road transportation, I tried to have at least a few industries...
