An add on to Donoteat's early H21 hopper. My first skins! Several of these are not prototypical, but we needed more coal hoppers and the West Coast needed some love! Eventually I'll make my own versions of the 50 & 70 ton hoppers, but for now here's some reskins! Coming up as additional expansion...
