Everything for free, but those manufacturers still want their money. 99% of the credit goes to Urban Games since this is just an edit of the No Costs mod that comes with the game. :) Note (2/26/2020): People are saying that it doesn't work anymore, I don't know why that would be as there haven't...

Install the matching loader first, then put the downloaded file in your mods folder and start the game. The loader, the mod and Transport Fever all have to be on the same version, which is the usual reason a mod does not appear in game.
