效果：添加了学校建筑，可以加地区受教育机会。 但更重要的是增加科研速度，1级学校可以+1%的科研速度，100级学校就是+100%。 本模组属于旧日初升的submod，建筑设计全部来源于旧日初升。 我将旧日初升当中关于学校建筑的内容搬了出来，做了一个独立mod。 为了不牵扯太多，我删除了旧日当中对学校法律的修改，而改为每个地区开局就有25级的建造上限。并移除了生产方式的法律限制。 理论上不会有兼容问题，可以兼容各种大型mod。因为我做的都是添加内容，并没有修改内容。
