因为增加耕地资源会造成自耕农超多农民政治力量上天，所以简单的做了个把所有地块的所有资源建筑数量翻十倍，但是可耕地面积不变的mod，后续考虑再优化 我因为重装操作系统丢失了源文件，无法更新到原本mod，新版本把西藏部分地区改成了不允许通行，我适配了这一改动的版本发在这里
