本来就是做着自己玩的慢慢就有一个mod的体量了，似乎要跟官方今年要出的dlc撞车了，之后可能兼容要改很多就提前发出来了（ 洋务运动、下南洋、军阀时代(大清风味扩展) 一个专注于中国近代史的维多利亚3内容拓展模组。以晚清至民国的历史为蓝本，为中国及其周边势力增加了大量新机制、事件链和日志系统。 原版改动 修改了军阀的ai，大幅度增加中国处于军阀时代时的统一战争意愿，AI更愿意结盟对抗，并且争夺中央政府 脆弱的统一日志获得额外一点上限，并且提升和降低稳定度的方式在其他日志里有所增加 为军阀增加了随机初始鼓动者，和随机政治思潮的领袖，以及一些限时buff，主要是为了保证军阀能打起来不会无限破产...
