해군을 '건설' 해보세요! 해군 함선을 건물처럼 지을 수 있도록 합니다. 해군기지는 삭제되으며 각급 함선들은 기술에 의해 해금됩니다. 각 급 함선은 기술에 의해 최대 수용량이 정해지며 조선소의 군용 조선소 생산방식에 의해서도 최대 수용량이 증가합니다. 각 급 함선을 최초로 건설 할 시 완료되는 일지와 이벤트를 추가했습니다. 철갑함 사진을 돌려쓰던 모니터함과 노급함에 따로 유닛 이미지를 추가했습니다 기타 세부적인 수치 수정사항 등은 추후 체인지 로그 파일을 첨부하겠습니다. 한국어 외 완전 지원언어 없습니다. 영어는 딱 사용만 가...
