German Formable Colors
This is a simple mod that gives Germany the color of the country that formed it if there is a unique flag (other than Prussia). Now Bavaria will form a nice blue Germany while they have the unique flag. This means you must be a monarchy to have the color. (In line with how the base game flags work)
