Vic3において養蚕は中国固有の技術で他国はイベントでしか獲得できませんが、日本は養蚕業が明治から昭和まで主力産業だったので養蚕の技術を追加しました。 ジャーナルを達成する事で関東のステートに富岡製糸場を設立可能になりました。 MODの構造が改良されました イベントで養蚕技術をアンロックする方式に変更したのでゲーム開始時の日本の法律や政府を改変するMODとの互換性が取れるようになりました。
