自用mod 在不修改地图色块的前提下，尽量让版图贴合1820年的大清。 全部领土都已整合，并且增加了大量的朝贡国 本来想把哈萨克也加到朝贡国的，但是松散政权这个政体不管是朝贡国还是附庸国都无效（一天之后附庸关系强制破裂），所以就退而求其次，把哈萨克西部的一地小国用来代替哈萨克。。。 （另外荷兰竟然也和清朝有过名义上的朝贡关系，这。。。）
