原mod在此（也包括我的申请） 核心内容： 1、成立德意志后二次变身大日耳曼国 2、变身大日耳曼国后的更多专员辖区 成为战狂吧！ 不需要原MOD就可开启，我已经把原MOD文件都搞下来了，游戏选中文就行了 额外提示：原作者把释放专员辖区做成了事件而非决议，所以需要控制地块触发事件才能放 比如尼德兰专员辖区需要荷兰低地的三块地 推荐打个减少恶名/增加博弈力的mod一口气把乌拉尔以西吃掉
