简单修改，增加了一些公司上限 法律：商品化农业现在+1公司上限 经济干预+1公司上限，自由放任+2公司上限（都自由放任了肯定得公司竞争啊） 科技：国际贸易+1公司上限，证券交易所+1公司上限，公司章程+2公司上限，共同基金+1公司上限，公司治理+2公司上限 12月16日更新：适配版本 6月23日：更新并且重新上传，原因：由于不明原因（可能是p社更新），现在mod使用中文名字，创建游戏会闪退，所以无法在这里更新 1.6版本： 致谢：感谢duke对mod问题的反馈与帮助
