本mod是对于已经失效的“Enhanced Construction: A Rebalance of Building, Faster or Less-costly”进行的更新和修改，现在我把每周建造力投入上限调整到200，并且修改了平衡型、集中型和分散型建造部门的buff，现在建造部门增加地区吞吐量（emmm,由于V3没有轰炸之类的说法，说实在我想不出怎么加强分散工业，主要加强了集中工业） 12月16日更新：删除增加每周建造力投入上限（导致各种问题，所以删除，如果有了其他解决方案再添加） 致谢：感谢海马体用来记住你，海绵体用来回忆你、迷路的鞋子、OEB对mod存在问题的反馈与建议 原mod:
