禁止了少数文化群体运动的活跃度分离，支持度大于一半才会分离， 现版本打下来的地分离活跃度爆表，一看人数几千人支持度不到个位数%，不能拆建筑加上一堆负面事件，然后等一个闹完了第二个文化开始闹又是几千人，分离又卡在80%左右不动了，人没几个叫声最大隔这丰矿的过家家呢，直接烧成白地拿去丰田了都还有几千火星量子幽灵在上蹿下跳，真境外势力彻底服了
