原版军队武力值有点不合理，各兵种代差太小没有工业科技强国欺负弱国的爽感。现在mod修改了大部分数值比如:步兵高防，火炮高攻，骑兵也有一定的提升但坦克出来都是弟弟。海军小船高防但没有大船高，大船攻防兼备但没有航母高等。 简单同步一下原版部分数值 如果你觉得有些数值还是不合理也可以提出来。 和其他修改军事文件《combat_unit_types》mod不兼容
