维多利亚三的列强呈现出一种滚雪球式的不断变强，并且后期体制大多固定在民主体制，这十分无聊也不合理，因此我做了这个mod，新加了一个经济危机（这与真正的经济危机毫无关系只是个天灾）事件，事件将为列强带来巨大debuff和法西斯运动，共产运动，劳工运动与三位与其相对应的鼓动家，还会带来一个日志，这会要求你实现法团改革，委员会改革或是社会福利改革以消除经济危机debuff，以此帮助ai转变政体，事件出现条件为1870年是列强，且没有计划经济体制
