修改了投资池逻辑，避免出现私人建造一堆招不到人的工厂，优化了ai的逐利倾向，现在ai更加注重市场平衡，基本不会出现利润为负的情况了。 吐槽一下这个p社的建造逻辑，你只要有建造力哪怕只有0.01k的利润他都要建造，市场一波动，厂就开始亏钱，中期的时候有时候打开公司一看，收入-120k血压飙升，原来是ai大老爷心善，做慈善去了。还有就是建一堆厂吃资源，一看铅-10000，一看公司200给玻璃厂全在亏钱，我的评论功能被封了，不能回复，可以直接给我私信喵,修复了bug更新适配1.10.2
