本模组添加了一个外交条约：转让劳工。该条约可以跟任意国家签署（除松散政权），AI会根据它国内是否有多余劳工和自给农来决定是否同意条约。玩家可以指定自己国家的一个地块作为劳工的接收地点。 条件：如果AI的国内有地块上有超过1%的失业人口或拥有多于250k人口的地块，则会考虑同意该条约。反之如果AI国内没有失业，人口较少则不会同意。 该条约可以作为战争目标强制执行。 在AI同意后，条约将会在签署日当天生效，触发转让劳工事件，同时从AI国家的已整合地区选出一个人口超过250k，且失业最严重的地区，从该地区抽出6%的人口转移到你国内的指定地区。该事件在签署后的每一年的同一天都会触发，并且提供两个...
