由于p社对艺术学院的利润设置的较低，于是进行了修改。 原来的艺术学院的4种生产方式的理论分别为 500，550，630，690； 经过一定程度的合理增加后变为 900，1150，1530，2000。 增加过后，建筑年产值会从最高10左右变为20以上。 如果觉得数值不是很合适，可以自由修改，几乎不用涉及到代码修改，非常简单。
