无吞并限制，可以吞并所有国家，但会获得大量恶名。已经适配1.10版本。理论上p社不改外交选项的话可以一直用下去。 No annex limit. You can annex any country if you like. But you'll get much CB 由于版本更新，无限制附庸已经无法实现（至少我尝试了很久还是不行）于是退而求其次，改成了无吞并限制（吞了再放出来也算是无附庸限制了，还可以沿用你的法律和科技）
