Removes infamy’s effect on subjects liberty desire completely. Also removes "support independance" (from other nations) effect as well, since there are no options to get rid of it. Works with 1.13.9 My other mods: Cultural Repatriation Treaties Consumption Tax Efficiency Arrange Executive Accident
