Natives won't uprise by editing the defines, I edited in NDiplomacy TENSION_INCREASE_MIN = TENSION_INCREASE_MAX = To 0 Explanation : Everytime a province will be colonised the colonisation tenesion that will be generated will always be 0. Also Applies to A.I. because I edited the defines.
