因为Reform & Revolution原模组中党派只定义却没有编写本地化，导致汉化mod也没有编写党派相关的本地化，这就导致玩的时候党派名字都是代码名 因此我做了这个模组，来对Reform & Revolution中的党派进行汉化 注意，本模组只包含本地化文本，且只包含党派的本地化文本，如想正常游玩请订阅Reform & Revolution原模组和汉化
