Yellow Prussia was a dream from me, as quoted on the Victoria 3 Mod Co-op, I dreamt of the day I could jump into Victoria 3 and make Prussia Yellow Again. Also fun note to find, Yellow Prussia Is BUILT into the base game if Prussia falls to anarchy! Scripted by the game!
