This mod changes all unit buffs to be on a timer(the spells). In addition resources each allow 99 upgrades, however the upgrade cost and effectiveness is drastically lowered. I've also removed the create greater artifact, leaving the lesser version in. I've doubled the effectiveness of the domain...
