I don't play much W&R, so if anyone wants to expand/dupe this mod with more features, go for it. A customs house that needs to be built partially over water. Free, but you can only build 3 of them. Designed with cosmonaut in mind, but it works for anything. Located in the MOD menu on the sidebar....
